EXPERIENCE

In two weeks I defend both my master’s degrees, thus earning two distinctions. In addition, right after graduation I start working as a lecturer at Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. I also get an invitation from the founder of the Pro Progressio business club to jointly create an initiative connecting business and academia in Poland and around the world. I also start working at a marketing agency, verifying academic knowledge with practice. I am also awarded the Outstanding Entrepreneurial Success award by the Lower Silesian Capital Club. After speaking at an academic conference in Hong Kong, I also start working on my application to doctoral school at Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. This year is a special year, because in addition to the above events, I am establishing cooperation with Gmindset research institute in Mexico.

This is where my first adventure in the international environment begins. After joining AIESEC, I take on the role of training manager, taking my first steps as a trainer. I also get into two elite mentoring programs, which are implemented at the UE in Wroclaw and the Leon Kozminski Academy, and I finish my summer school at the Dresden University of Technology. At the end of the year, he organizes a series of original brand-building trainings at the InQube business incubator, with a total enrollment of more than 60 people.

The end of my bachelor’s degree, my first defense ending with a distinction. I also start my first corporate job, which I quit after a few months, going to two master’s degrees at the same time, at Wrocław University of Economics and Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw. At these universities I am pursuing two tracks: marketing and HR. I am also starting to write my second research paper.

The world stands on its head. Life closes in four walls, and my world is reduced only to a computer. I study through Teams, and during the course of my studies I get an offer to become president in the Meritum study circle, thus seeing the value of developing an academic path. Then I also join the logistics research circle, where, under the guidance of one of the PhD students, I start working on my first paper, while writing my bachelor’s thesis.

Finding my own path was quite a challenge. After barely passing my high school diploma and leaving English Philology and part-time law behind, I found myself studying management at the University of Economics in Wroclaw – here I’m just beginning to feel the wind in my sails. . At the same time, the MMhandsmade brand has its beginning, which I help with the marketing aspects. Thus, I begin to collect my first academic and business experience.
